Erica brings joy, presence, and a whole lot of heart to every visit. Raised in a rescue-loving household, she grew up bottle-feeding baby squirrels and learning to care deeply for animals of all shapes and sizes. That early compassion turned into a lifelong passion — and now, as a Pet Care Technician, Erica combines her natural empathy with thoughtful structure and a touch of musical flair. (Yes, she sings to the dogs. And yes, it’s adorable.)

She’s Pet Care Certified and Pet First Aid & CPR certified, with additional training in therapeutic presence and a background in music therapy. Whether she’s easing a reactive pup through a walk, supporting a diabetic dog’s routine, or helping a puppy grow into confident adulthood, Erica leads with patience, playfulness, and a deep respect for every animal’s needs.

Clients love her for her gentle energy, her creativity (seriously — she’s teaching a Samoyed to “sing”), and her ability to make pets feel safe, seen, and celebrated. Erica believes all life is precious, and it shows in every tail wag, every carefully monitored med dose, and every goofy little song she makes up on the spot.
