How It Works
We’re not just a pet care company. We’re your pet’s second-favorite humans (right after you, of course).
Here’s the deal. Once you’re officially part of the pack, booking a visit is as easy as belly rubs on a Sunday morning.
For Dog Walking and Standard Pet Sitting
Just head to your Appointments menu, choose how long you want us to stay (30, 45, or 60 minutes), and check the box next to the pet or pets who need some love that day. That’s it. We take it from there.
These visits happen during our regular hours:
Weekdays: 9 AM to 4 PM
Saturdays: 11 AM to 2 PM
Whether it’s a potty break, a lunch-and-sniff, or a quick hello while you’re out running errands, we’re there to keep tails wagging and routines rolling.
Looking for a Little Extra?
If you’re one of our weekly dog walking or training clients, you unlock access to our VIP menu — a special page on our website with extended services, custom care options, and a few bonus perks we reserve for our regulars. It’s password-protected, so only our inner circle can peek inside.
It’s our way of saying thanks for the trust, the consistency, and the key to your place.
A Quick Note About the Other Stuff
Not everything books through the Appointments menu.
- Sniffari Adventures and Trail Hikes are their own category with their own pricing and booking flow.
- Dog Training is also separate. It’s a different kind of service that gets its own page and its own kind of magic.
So if you're booking standard pet sitting or dog walking, use the Appointments menu. For anything else, follow your nose — or just ask. We're always here to help.
The VIP (Very Important Pet) Difference
If you're a weekly dog walking or training client, you're automatically part of our VIP program. That means:
- Priority booking
- Access to our password-protected VIP Pet Sitting menu
- Special perks and discounts (think yard cleanups, pet taxis, and more)
