As an Enrichment Specialist, Casey is all about meeting pets where they are. She loves turning everyday routines into meaningful experiences: scent-led walks, structured play, and calm decompression time are all part of her toolkit. Her favorite clients? The quirky ones. Whether it’s a shy cat who needs time to warm up or an energetic pup who thrives on puzzles, Casey knows just how to meet their needs.

She’s Pet Care Certified and Pet First Aid & CPR certified, and is always learning new ways to support animal well-being through enrichment and positive reinforcement. She’s also trained in reading canine body language and has experience working with reactive pets, medication routines, and emotionally complex cases.

One of her proudest memories? Forming a deep bond with a lonely, misunderstood dog who struggled to connect with others — a connection built through quiet presence, extra playtime, and a whole lot of heart.
