That grassroots compassion now carries into everything he does, from pet sitting to mentoring new techs.

He’s Pet Care Certified and Pet First Aid & CPR certified, with hands-on experience giving meds (especially to cats — he’s truly unflappable) and managing a wide range of care routines, including insulin administration. As a Team Leader, Nick is known for his grounded energy, clear communication, and the way animals — especially seniors — seem to relax around him.

His specialty? The old souls. “They’ve been around the block,” he says. “And when the choice is between fast or right, we both know to take it slow.” Whether it’s a creaky walk with a senior pup or a quiet med visit for a grumpy cat, Nick brings presence, patience, and a no-drama approach to every moment.
